Job Description
* Provide first-line advice and support on all HR-related matters.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Support managers in handling employee relations issues.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
* Conduct regular HR audits and maintain accurate HR records.
* Coordinate training and development initiatives.
* Participate in HR projects as required.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:
* CIPD Level 3 or experience working in an HR Advisor position previously.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in managing HR processes and procedures.
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A solutions-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to commute to Birmingham or Wolverhampton.
