An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to join our client, a global provider of corporate housing solutions.
This position is based remotely in the UK with travel into London and across EMEA.
Key Duties:
* Manage the end to end sales process from sourcing leads, arranging meetings, and signing new clients
* Sell corporate housing solutions directly to clients
* Identify opportunities to develop new business and increase revenue
* Participate in marketing efforts
* Driving sales initiatives and implementing sales strategies
* Answer client questions and manage negotiations
* Achieve set targets
Key Requirements:
* Extensive Sales & Business Development experience in the relocation, corporate housing/serviced apartment industries is required
* Experience selling global mobility, relocation services or corporate housing services is essential
* Must have experience selling directly to corporates and have active relationships with corporate clients
* Fantastic communication and negotiation skills
* Driven and motivated sales professional
