Job Description
Salary: £22,308 rising to £23,000 following probation
Location: Nelson
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30 (37.5 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Incoming Customer Service Call / ticket Handling within service level agreements.
2. Complete account changes such as but not restricted to Account Holders Name, billing Address, Barring Roaming, Spend Caps, process New Connections and upgrades (EE, O2 & Voda) maintain and update network portals.
3. Highlighting Non-Conformance.
4. Customer Repair / Returns Management.
5. Delivery Updates To awaiting Customers.
6. Outsourced Partner Service Support.
Qualifications
7. Experience in B2B Customer Service.
8. Ability to build strong relationships among managers, partners, and colleagues.
9. Ability to multitask and prioritise between several tasks.
10. Excellent communication skills.
11. Mobile Dealer EE, O2 & Vodafone experience.
12. Experience with mobile telecommunications an advantage.
