Role responsibilities:
1. Devise, plan, and implement strategic campaigns, events, and advertising to drive customer engagement, footfall, and spend.
2. Produce and publish high-quality content for the client’s inbound marketing channels (website, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram).
3. Coordinate and facilitate promotional events and entertainment activities aimed at attracting new customers, promoting brand loyalty, and driving retail sales.
4. Help lead initiatives involving community groups, local authorities, media partners, and third parties.
5. Work with retailers at site and head office level to ensure relevance and value in marketing events and campaigns, and assist in obtaining monthly sales figures and retailer trading comments.
The ideal candidate:
1. A degree in Marketing or similar would be highly advantageous.
2. Previous experience in the retail sector is a major benefit.
3. Experience in creating and publishing engaging content for various inbound marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email.
4. Excellent organisation skills with a strong creative flair.
5. Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships.
