We are currently looking to recruit for a general administrator to support a small team based in Thatcham. This role is on a part time basis, temp to perm, temp for approx. 12 weeks and then you would convert on to a permanent contract after that. Hours are Monday – Friday 9.30-1.30pm, however they can be flexible around this. Pay rate £12.50 - £13.00 per hour. The main purpose of the role is to support the team with some dedicated duties and then helping to cover other team members during busy periods, holiday etc. Working closely with the Operations Manager some of the duties will include: Responsible for the packaging and product compliance. Working within purchasing and updating the purchasing tracker, and FOB (free on board tracker) for when stock is ordered and docked, from the seller to the buyer. Helping with other departments with raising po numbers and entering them on the system when needed Supporting the sales team with any orders that come through to ensure that they are in stock and ready for despatch. You will need to have good excel skills and previous experience within purchasing would be an advantage.
