Based in our office, you will take on key administrative responsibilities while developing your skills in client management and assisting with periodic reporting and other strategies to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Administration Process and manage account orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain and update the CRM system with customer details and sales activities.
Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
Respond to account inquiries and resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs.
Account Management Support in managing key accounts and providing exceptional client service.
Liaise with distributors or retailers, acting as the first point of contact.
Coordinate and participate in sales initiatives focused on increasing re-order rates.
Sales Growth Contribute to social media campaigns and product promotions.
Research new sales opportunities or partnerships with retailers.
Attend trade shows and industry events to represent Styrkr and build connections.
Skills and Experience Essential Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for endurance sports and the great outdoors Proficiency with office tools and ERP systems Willingness to learn and develop your career with the fastest growing sports nutrition brand Ability to multitask effectively, stay highly organized, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Desirable Previous experience in a sales support role or similar position.
Knowledge of retail markets and the sports nutrition industry.
Ability to analyze data and suggest actionable growth ideas.
