Why we need this role
The F and PS New Logo Account Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of prospects and low:billing large enterprises within the Financial and Professional Services sector, with a focus on identifying, qualifying, and closing new C1 billing prospects. This role involves building and nurturing relationships to drive new business, increase total customer spend, and reengage dormant or low:billing customers who havent made purchases in the past 12 months. By implementing strategic sales initiatives, the Account Executive will pursue both new sales and cross:sell opportunities for Colts services and solutions. A key element of the role includes creating and executing a comprehensive customer engagement strategy, leveraging cross:functional support and innovative workshops to foster deep relationships. Operating within a specific region, the Account Executive will take a proactive, consultative sales approach, collaborating closely with cross:functional teams to maximize success.
What you will do
:
Drive new sales and cross:sell initiatives within the customer base and new logo prospects.

Develop and implement a business strategy across accounts, leveraging data insights to prioritize activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding customer business outcomes and aligning Colt's solutions to support those needs.

Work with Customer Success counterparts to enhance overall customer relationships and drive revenue growth.

Partner with marketing and GLG teams for prospect identification and lead generation.
:
Achieve or exceed personal sales targets for Colt solutions and products.
:
Lead and manage a virtual sales team, applying and coaching on account development plans.
:
Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management while executing winning strategies for each opportunity.
What were looking for

Recent and relevant new business sales experience
:
Experience in working with complex, Fortune 500, multi:divisional, international customer

Comfortable presenting, consulting, and advising at C:level and other executives
:
Assertive verbal and written communications skills with ability to build strategic relationships (deep and wide) within organizations

Ability to work closely with the customer and effectively negotiate directly with the customer and internally on their behalf
:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into customer insights and leverage with customer engagement strategies

Experience in collaborating and guiding cross:functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Service Delivery)

Brings strong technology and data networking knowledge with technical aptitude to stay current in evolving technology sector

Effective and confident decision making based on business and financial principles

Working knowledge of MS Office suite
