Salary: £49,300 - £65,950 per annum, depending on location

About the role
As part of the English Product Group, you'll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation in a rapidly evolving market. You'll leverage data and technology to develop high-quality, pedagogically sound learning and assessment propositions that deliver exceptional results.
As a Product Manager focusing on support within our Schools offer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and addressing the ongoing and future needs of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the development and execution of support content plans across the portfolio, ensuring they are integrated, financially viable, and aligned with our global strategy.
* Analysing customer needs and collaborating with product-specific Product Managers to validate the commercial and strategic value of our customer support content.
* Driving product uptake and identifying opportunities to support growth by developing integrated support strategies across products.
* Developing deep market expertise, understanding market landscape, segmentation, sizing, and trends to inform support strategies.
* Monitoring the end-to-end customer support experience, ensuring it meets defined customer needs and contributes to the overall business strategy.

About you
We are looking for an experienced individual who excels in understanding market trends, competitive landscapes, can identify customer problems and be creative and financially disciplined in developing solutions.
You will have a proven track record in conceptualising products, building successful business cases, and analysing product performance to drive appropriate actions.
Maintaining strong relationships with market-facing colleagues is essential in this role, therefore you will be a strong collaborator with experience of stakeholder management.
You will have knowledge of ELT pedagogy, theory and practice, and content creation, and ideally hold a degree in a relevant field or proven comparative experience.
