Position: Outdoor Events Site Supervisor; Full time, 37.5 hours, 5 out of 7 days per week.

As a Venue Supervisor, you will be at the very center of the customer and team experience, ensuring that our customers have the best experience of the activities we offer.
The role is varied, exciting, and challenging. Your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring the team on shift to ensuring the venues and equipment are a safe and fun environment for customers. You will be hands-on across all areas of Battlezone’s venues, including preparing equipment, basic site maintenance, supervising casual staff, organizing customer activities, and being responsible for cleanliness and transport of equipment. Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, venue supervisors are trained across all event activities we offer and in all areas of the venue to support the effective operation of the business.
You will support the Area Manager with back-of-house duties, as well as running an exceptional operation front-of-house. You will be responsible for delivering great activities such as archery, paintball, laser tag, airsoft, quad bike riding, and more while maintaining high professional and service standards.
To be successful you should have:
1. Experience in outdoor activities & events (preferable but not essential).
2. Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industries (preferable but not essential).
3. Passion for customer service.
4. Organizational and planning skills.
5. Confidence in inspiring and leading teams.
6. Flexibility to work predominantly on weekends, working 5 days out of 7 weekly.
