Job Description
Accounts Assistant duties include:
* Inputting purchase invoices
* Bank reconciliations
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Raising sales invoices
* Accruals & prepayments
* Assist with month end processes
* Post month end journals
* Maintaining the fixed asset register
* Assist with financial reporting - weekly, monthly & quarterly
* Maintaining the ledgers
* Tracking & processing expenses
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
* Have a proven track record in a similar role
* Be studying AAT / ACA / ACCA / CIMA
* Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
* Be proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
* Be able to work to tight deadlines
* Have strong attention to detail
