Job Title: Disability Sports Coach (2 posts) Working Pattern: Casual work. Evenings, weekends, and school holidays. 4-10 hours per week. Salary: 17.50 Per Hour. About the Role: As a disability sports coach, you will be delivering the RAP disability sports programme to children and young people with disabilities in Croydon. Your role will involve: · Planning and delivering inclusive coaching sessions. · Performing administration duties to support programme, including the registration of participants. · Ensuring all equipment is prepared and suitable for each session, this includes first aid kits · Ensuring all sessions are delivered in a safe environment and all safeguarding regulations are followed. · Promoting a positive and professional image at all times · Liaising with parents/carers and outside agencies · Any other duties deemed appropriate to ensure the smooth running of the program.
