Job Title: Inbound Sales Consultant - Lending Solutions

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Commission

They are seeking a driven Inbound Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for client enquiries and help deliver outstanding service to meet growing demand.
Position Overview:
As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will handle all incoming client leads, offering guidance on financing options and structuring deals to align with client needs. You'll work with a network of lenders to secure suitable terms for each client. This is a client-focused, target-driven role, ideal for someone experienced in financial services sales and committed to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries, including asset finance, vehicle finance, and business loan products.
2. Advise clients on suitable financing solutions, guiding them from enquiry through to deal closure while ensuring regulatory compliance.
3. Collaborate with a panel of lenders to structure tailored financial solutions.
4. Deliver excellent client service, responding to questions and offering expert guidance on lending options.
5. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
6. Track lead performance, identify trends, and propose improvements.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in a sales or client advisory role within financial services, preferably with exposure to lending products.
2. Strong understanding of asset finance, vehicle finance, and business loans.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively.
4. Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality client service.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
6. Must be based in Surrey.
