Job summary Lead Pharmacy Technicians work alongside the Principal Pharmacy Technician and the Lead Pharmacists to ensure delivery of high quality pharmaceutical services to patients within the community hospitals to promote the safe, effective and efficient use of medicines within the organisation through the implementation of the medicines optimisation strategy. Main duties of the job Lead Pharmacy Technicians play a key leadership role within the team andcontribute to its success by being a role model; supervising more junior members of the team (qualified and unqualified) and students to ensure they are working to the professional standards required.
