We are offering an industry leading package of £40,000 as a Basic salary including £5000 shift allowance with an OTE of £45,000 and an excellent range of Company Benefits Reporting to the Aftersales Manager you will be working on average 39 hours per week, on a 4 on 4 off rota, offering a unique work life balance. The main duties of this role are: Taking responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer national average. Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service. Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards. Ensure that the manufacturers standards are adhered to at all times. Make sure there is a safe working environment which is maintained. Coach and measure colleague performance. Our ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience, either within a Workshop Controller role, Senior Service Role or you may have already worked within the Service Manager position. This is an excellent opportunity to show us that you have an enviable and proven track record of performance. You will have exceptional communication skills and have a full, valid UK driving license.
