About The Role
Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Oversee daily beverage operations across all outlets, including bars, lounges, banquets, and in-room dining.
2. Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, ensuring alignment with guest preferences and market trends.
3. Manage the selection, purchasing, and inventory control of all beverages.
4. Lead, train, and mentor the beverage team to deliver outstanding service, product knowledge, and hospitality.
5. Monitor financial performance, including cost control, revenue generation, and profitability, by setting and achieving beverage sales targets.
6. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
7. Create and execute beverage-related promotions and special events to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
8. Maintain and build relationships with suppliers and negotiate favourable contracts.
9. Conduct regular staff briefings and performance reviews, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
10. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
11. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
