We are now looking for a Front Office Manager to lead our reception team, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Your Role As Front Office Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, overseeing the reception, concierge, and guest services teams. You will create a warm, welcoming, and efficient environment, ensuring exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities ? Lead and manage the Front Office team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. ? Deliver a personalised and high-quality guest experience. ? Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. ? Train, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve service excellence. ? Ensure efficient booking, check-in, and check-out procedures. ? Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and management teams for seamless operations. ? Monitor KPIs and guest feedback to improve service standards. ? Manage the front office budget, staff scheduling, and operational costs. ? Uphold IHG brand standards while bringing a unique boutique hospitality touch. What Were Looking For ? Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager in a luxury/boutique hotel. ? Strong leadership and people management skills. ? A passion for hospitality, guest service, and attention to detail. ? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. ? Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera/Fidelio or similar). ? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. ? A friendly, professional, and welcoming personality.
