Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior / Client Relationship Manager in their Private Wealth team.
The successful applicant would be involved in providing fiduciary administrative support to two of our client's more experienced Client Relationship Managers who look after an incredibly varied and interactive client base.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience. This role may also suit someone with more experience or fully qualified who wishes to move away from a directly client facing role.
Duties may include (but not be limited to):
1. Arranging and attending meetings and drafting minutes thereof
2. Preparing documentation to support transactions
3. Updates to the central database system
4. Assisting with filing Income Tax Returns
5. Assisting with filing Annual Validations
6. Assisting with the new business process
7. Liaising with third party advisors
8. Opening bank and brokerage accounts
9. Making payments
10. Supporting the team with billing runs and debtors management
If desired, there will be the opportunity to progress in due course to managing a small portfolio of your own by taking on some of the existing/new clients. Full support, training, and mentoring will be provided.
