Our client requires an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Help Desk Co-ordinator to join their established team. Purpose of the Job: As a Customer Service Advisor / Help Desk Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to clients, this includes managing phone calls and emails as well as maintaining databases and providing administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion. Coordinate with staff members to ensure consistent service. Maintain comprehensive records of activity. Ensure customer service is timely and accurate. Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints. To ensure the operation of the out-of-hours telephone answering service ensuring messages are relayed and actioned in a timely manner. To uphold and promote the good name of our client at all times.
