The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Accounts Payable team based in our Brentford Head Office. You’ll be joining a team of four who are highly efficient, value collaboration, and create a positive, supportive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
* Process 150+ invoices per week using Sage and AX 2012.
* Ensure suppliers are accurately paid and on time.
* Ensure all invoices are authorised in accordance with the minimum control guidelines.
* Ensure all invoices are coded correctly and posted onto the ledger in a timely manner; month-end close processing is a priority.
* Upload and maintain Web Expenses into AX2012 Accounting system.
* Perform PO invoice 3-way matching.
Experience and Competencies:
* Previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable role, including 3-way matching.
* Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
* Experience of Sage.
* Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with invoice processing.
* Communicate internally and externally in a professional and supportive manner.
