Join us on our journey to empower over a million people to change their behaviours and thrive At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier It’s a super exciting time to join us as we begin to deliver our Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service (IHWS) throughout the City of Nottingham, and we’re looking for a Stop Smoking Sub-Contractor Coordinator to join the team Our programme is designed to support individuals and their families to improve their health behaviours and make sustainable changes to their lifestyle. The IHWS programme in Nottingham consists of five key services; Stop smoking support (this is where you come in) Tailored physical activity programmes Adult weight management Child/family weight management Health Coaching Residents across the City of Nottingham will be able to benefit from a variety of our established pathways and products, including our Gloji Smokefree online programme. As a Stop Smoking Sub-Contractor Coordinator your role will be to coordinate and manage the stop smoking delivery through the sub-contracted network, including engaging with new and existing external partners. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths. A typical day as Stop Smoking Sub-Contractor Coordinator may consist of: Managing day to day queries via email/calls from sub-contracted stop smoking practitioners Managing data input on chosen software (e.g. Quitmanager or 365) – checking appts, notes, QDS, NRT are up to date etc Supporting with referrals to the sub-contractors Keeping spreadsheet/map up to date with locations and contact details Supply sub-cons with resources, CO monitors and consumables Support sub cons with promo events Manage quality assurance e.g. observations Report to stop smoking lead on targets, quarterly narrative etc Support stop smoking lead with quarterly payments/reimbursements Run refresher training and new practitioner training Manage the SLAs Cover appts for sub cons when required About you… More than anything, we are looking for a team player who puts their heart in to their work. To work with us in this role you will need to have some delivery experience relationship / partnership coordination. Although not essential, so that we can best support the needs of our clients in Nottingham we are particularly keen to hear from applicants who are fluent in Polish, Urdu, Arabic and/or Romanian.
