We are looking for a talented and passionate “People and Talent Business Partner” to further enhance our learning and development
function. The role will play a pivotal part in supporting our business growth,
rolling out our L&D strategy, raising the bar of professional development,
supporting and driving learning engagement amongst our colleagues.
The Role:
As a People and Talent Business Partner, you will also be
responsible for defining, developing and executing the Recruitment, Learning
& Development strategy for Bulgari Hotel London focusing on people
development, service excellence and talent retention. You will work with all
departments to build and embed an authentic learning culture at all levels of
the business.

Requirements:
Proven experience in talent development, learning and
development, or organizational development.

ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business
goals into actionable talent development initiatives.
We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required
to have a good level of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in
the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
