An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Finance and Office Assistant to join my clients market-leading business based in Deal. This will be an extremely varied role covering areas such as Admin, Finance and Distribution.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Regularly liaising with customers, carriers and third parties
Processing customer orders including data entry
Maintaining internal and external reporting
Implementing policies & procedures
Raising invoices and delivery notes
Undertaking training to eventually assist with the production of Management Accounts, Balance Sheet, P&Ls
Ordering raw materials and other general admin tasks
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience within a similar role
Have excellent attention to detail
Have experience using SAGE
Be proactive and able to work well independently
