St. Oswald’s C of E Primary School is a happy and successful Church school serving the local community of Guiseley.
The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced individual to join the school's office team, as the senior person with responsibility for administration and who enjoys working with people and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience in an administration role, including dealing with a wide range of complex queries and a sound knowledge of administrative and financial processes and procedures.
* Have strong IT skills and be able to learn new systems.
* Be able to work effectively with colleagues as office team leader and as part of the wider school team.
* Manage the admin team workload and prioritise tasks appropriately to meet school and external deadlines.
* Have excellent communication, inter-personal and administrative skills and a calm and professional approach.
* Be able to demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils and their families.
