We are looking for a versatile Service Coordinator to support the busy service team on a full-time, permanent basis in Banbury. Your prime role will be to support the service team with all administration, with accuracy and excellent attention to detail. Offering a starting salary of £27,000, the role is working onsite.
You will be joining a family-oriented, friendly, and supportive company that provides products and services to the automotive industry. They are a well-known name in their industry and have been trading for over 20 years.
Key Accountabilities for the Service Coordinator:
1. Processing engineer paperwork
2. Liaising with field engineers when necessary
3. Managing all service invoicing generated from engineer visits
4. Maintaining and updating CRM database
5. Dealing with stock queries and stock management
6. Checking engineer reports and generating customer invoices
7. Dealing with calibration paperwork
8. Filing of all data and carrying out all other administration tasks as required
9. Providing excellent customer service when dealing with customers and engineers
10. Processing all parts paperwork
11. Keeping records up to date of actions taken
12. All other administration as necessary
