Our prestigiousernment bodies are looking for an excellent, experienced Call Centre Representative. As a Call Handler, you’ll play a crucial role in making inbound calls with customers.
1. Contact centre advisors assist customers with enquiries, issues, orplaints related to products, services, or accounts. They provide accurate information and resolve problems efficiently.
2. Advisorsmunicate via phone, email, or chat. They actively listen to customers, ask relevant questions, and provide clear responses.
Advisors analyse customer concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and find solutions. They followpany guidelines and procedures.
3. Advisors must be well-versed in thepany’s offerings to address customer queries effectively.
4. Successful advisors show empathy, patience, and professionalism while assisting customers.
5. They handle various scenarios, adapt to different customer personalities, and manage stress.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
7. Previous Contact centre/ Customer Service experience is a must
8. Excellentmunication skills (both written and verbal).
