Pepper Advantage is a global credit servicing business and is also investing in the development of a loan servicing platform and broader eco system with the aspiration to provide the modular elements of the platform to internal and third-party customers on a SaaS basis. About the role
The principal objectives of this role are to manage the day-to-day system development activity of the Pepper Advantage Technology Division teams in the UK, Spain, India and other jurisdictions.
Working closely with the GCIO and Programme Teams in particular, but not exclusively, the HODI will ensure that tactical and strategic Prism (our proprietary Technology) objectives are clearly defined, understood and delivered; the job holder will have the capabilities to manage cross jurisdictional project elements involving internal and external clients and stakeholders as well as key third party partners and suppliers, to produce high quality, modern and adaptable applications bespoke to business requirements. Day to day ownership and accountability for BAU in all Prism teams and countries is an integral feature of the role.
