To provide specialist training including focusing on the field of bone marrow transplantation (BMT) and systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT) assessments and training To promote a learning environment that ensures evidence based practice and optimal service delivery To undertake clinical practice, working alongside staff providing supervision, teaching and assessment of competence. To support Nursing Staff in their professional and personal development To work in partnership with the Divisional Education and Practice Lead, the Multi Professional Team and other Clinical Educators to provide education to improve acuity practice, clinical nursing and service delivery.
