Job summary The practice is seeking an organised and proactive Practice Administrator to join our friendly team. In this role you will be assisting the Practice Manager with the day to day administrative operations. If you have experience working in an office environment, are super orgnaised and driven we would love to hear from you Main duties of the job This is a new role within the surgery to assist the PM, summary of tasks, but may evolve over time: Book-keeping - Managing financial records, invoices, remittances etc Staff training matrix - Updating the training schedule, ensuring staff are up to date with training and certifications Premises/equipment checks - conducting regular checks of the premises to ensure safe, clean and complaint environment Policies - maintaining annual policies to assist Managers within the surgery General admin duties as delegeted by the PM About us We are a traditional but very modern five partner practice offering a high standard of clinical care within a friendly atmosphere.
