HR Data & Systems Analyst

Oakleaf is partnering with a highly regarded Legal firm in central London in search of an HR Data & Systems Specialist. The role will be supporting the implementation of SuccessFactors mainly from a data and reporting perspective.
The HR Data & Systems Analyst responsibilities will include:
* Support the implementation of SuccessFactors, mainly from a data and reporting perspective.
* Lead on the design and development of HR dashboards and reports. Working closely with wider HR colleagues to understand requirements.
* Utilise various software including SuccessFactors and PowerBI.
* Support the design and documentation of HR processes.
* Lead on migration and data cleansing activities.
* Support the integration of SuccessFactors with other systems across the firm.
* Support in the decommissioning of legacy HR systems.
* Identify areas for improvements and further technology that could be utilised.
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong experience with SuccessFactors is essential, ideally having worked on an implementation.
* The confidence to work on own initiative within a lean team.
* Proven experience in data migration and cleansing projects.
* Strong HR data experience with the ability to collate, interpret, and present HR data.
* Excellent written and verbal communication. The ability to communicate complex information at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
