The Contentious Probate Partner will be;
* Leading the development and growth of the contentious probate practice in the Leeds office.
* Managing high-value and complex probate disputes, working closely with clients across Yorkshire.
* Building and maintaining client relationships, leveraging your network to generate new business.
* Collaborating with the national team and private client partners to ensure a seamless service for clients.
* Recruiting and mentoring junior colleagues, helping to shape the future of the team.
Profile
The Contentious Probate Partner should be / have;
* A Partner with extensive experience in contentious probate and a proven track record in handling high-value disputes.
* A Partner or senior lawyer with a demonstrable portable business case and connections in Yorkshire.
* Able to develop and lead a growing practice, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
* A highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
* Experience in managing a team and building long-lasting client relationships.
