We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our specialist cloud-based business management software team – Promotional Office. Launched in the UK in 2013, ‘PO’ is the most widely used specialist software in the industry with over 2,500 users across the UK and Europe. Underway with a significant redesign and wider functionality improvements, Promotional Office version 3.0 presents a major upgrade for current customers and an opportunity to reach new customers. You’ll work collaboratively but autonomously within the team, and we’re eager to recognize results with incentives.
Office-based from our comfortable serviced office in Farnborough (near the airport), you’ll occasionally visit customers across the UK & Ireland for installations, on-site training sessions, and at our two annual industry-leading trade events (Merchandise World) with travel and any overnight stays covered.
In turn, we need someone who can:
* Oversee support requests handled by our helpdesk
* Manage existing customer projects and installations
* Coordinate new sales, scoping, and implementation stages for installation
* Ensure all stages of implementation run on time
* Train new users on-site
* Liaise with the support team and Technology Director to implement requirements
* Manage redesign rollout pipeline
* Actively drive paid work and sales opportunities
* Engage with customers
You’ll need:
* A keen understanding of technology and development
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
* Strong organization to manage and prioritize your workload
