Facilities PPM Administrator- Basildon- 30k Plus Package My client a well known Facilities and Management Company who specialise in Luxury Retail are currently recruiting for an experienced PPM Administrator to service one of their major contracts. They have been an expert in their field for over thirty years and are a well-established company who have a great team dynamic and due to many major contract wins are expanding and looking for brand new Candidates to join them. They have recently moved to new stunning offices in Basildon. The ideal candidate will have experience in planned and reactive Maintenance and you will be expected provide full Account Management to their client. Your focus will be to ensure the efficient day to day running of the account, ensure everything follows the correct processes, when completing jobs, updating, further works etc whilst providing quality customer service and assistance. Duties: Administration Duties Scheduling Compliance PPM and non compliance PPM Ensuring the client is aware and happy with the schedule Booking PPM and ensuring the schedule is undertaken on time by our sub-contractors Ensuring PPM records are received on time, accurate and uploaded to the relevant portal Maintaining strong communication between PPM scheduler and reactive maintenance coordinator to ensure any reactive tasks that are close to the next PMV are aligned with the next current PPM Coordinate any remedial quotes passing to the estimator for pricing. Ensuring the client remains compliant at all times and is advised of any no compliant scenarios Dealing with Engineers and scheduling them out to work and closing jobs when completed. Reacting to facilities issues or repair requests and raising jobs on the internal system. Monitoring inboxes and ensuring everything is to a high standard Coordinating Engineers appointments Problem solving and working through queries PPMS Raising Purchase Orders and Budget Reports Checking progress and updating the Client Organising progress reports Preparing quotes and reports
