This role is ideal for someone with solid technical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to deliver exceptional support to end-users and clients.As a 2nd Line Engineer, you'll be responsible for handling escalated support tickets, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring that IT systems and services run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated from the 1st line support team. Support Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure. Maintain, monitor, and administer internal and client IT infrastructure. Collaborate with 3rd line support and external vendors when needed. Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base. Assist in IT projects such as migrations, deployments, and upgrades. Requirements: Proven experience in a 2nd line support or similar technical support role. Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
