Employment Claims : Take instructions and respond to employment claims. Legal Drafting : Draft legal responses and settlement agreements. Case Management : Conduct case management and preliminary hearings. Tribunal Proceedings : Instruct and liaise with counsel for tribunal proceedings. Disciplinary Hearings : Advise panel members and draft outcome decisions. SEND Process : Manage and advise on legal challenges related to the SEND process. Team Advice : Provide daily advice on recruitment, appraisals, development, and conflict resolution. Case Load Management : Manage a caseload of cases. Team Motivation : Motivate and engage the team for effective performance. This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
