Job Details
1. Interim Head of Finance opportunity (Bath)
2. 3-6- month assignment starting March 2025
3. Flexible/Hybrid working available
4. To support the CEO during a period of transition & permanent re-hiring process
Key Requirements:
5. To lead the complete finance cycle including the production and review of high-quality management information to support the planning and monitoring.
6. To ensure compliance with all relevant financial legal/regulatory requirements.
7. To lead the Finance Team (4 in total with 1 x direct report) to deliver excellent customer service for the business and stakeholders through the development of people, systems and new technology.
It is essential that you:
8. Hit the ground running, give immediate reassurance to finance team, management, trustees and wider team that things are in safe hands.
9. A people person to help drive positive culture around internal/external customer service.
10. The current finance team will need a hands-on approach- a strong & personable finance leader who is confident with all aspects of finance.
11. It is key you can have strategic impact and quickly, working with the senior team and the commercial function to support wider strategic development and drive the development of a budget for next year.
12. If you are confident & capable, there is also a potential to support a systems implementation process which the team are looking to do in for August 2025
About you:
13. Looking for a qualified professional (ACCA/CIMA/ACA/FCCA)
14. Ability to lead, motivate & manage a team during a period of change & transition
15. Understanding of the complete finance cycle to ensure everything is compliant & maintained correctly
