Your new role Working within a team, you will be taking ownership of many entities in analysing the management accounts, balance sheet, variances and various journal costings. Your role will involve liaising with stakeholders in order to investigate and resolve any anomolies. There will also be various projects to be involved with and systems improvement with efficiencies to be attained. What you'll need to succeed You will already be working as a Management Accountant with a proven track record and be in the latter stages of your professional qualifications (CIMA or ACCA). Coming from a large company background, you will be used to the complexities and demands that this brings, and ideally, you will work in either a multinational or shared service centre company with foreign currency experience. Being a self-starter, with a keen eye for detail, you will take a positive approach with a desire to improve processes, be proactive and take ownership.
