Description J.P. Morgan is seeking a Marketing and Communications Associate to support social media. This position is based in London. As a Marketing and Communications Associate in Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) you will work closely with stakeholders across the firm’s wholesale businesses to produce written and visual content, monitor firm-owned social media channels, escalate reputational issues, manage campaigns, and report on social media analytics. We are looking for an experienced social media marketer and communicator with sound judgment and strong knowledge of social media landscape and trends across EMEA Job responsibilities Establishes a strategic approach to social media content that aligns with the global J.P. Morgan brand, but is adapted to the regional business needs, culture, trends and social platforms Collaborates with legal, compliance, and controls to mitigate risk and ensures proper governance Maintains an ongoing dialogue with various internal stakeholders to effectively communicate the firm’s business and cultural messages Collaborates with social media team to manage editorial content calendars and campaigns Writes copy and creates content in brand voice across platforms Supports the J.P. Morgan CIB Marketing and Communications team in community management Understands social media metrics in order to track results and provide recommendations Communicates on project timeline, status and results Acts as eyes and ears on social platforms, alerting team members to breaking news as necessary Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Relevant experience in a social media role Strong knowledge of social media landscape and trends across EMEA Experience managing editorial calendars across various social platforms, and experience managing social media campaigns Passion for social media, PR and digital marketing and proven ability to exercise sensible reasoning in a fast-paced environment Experience with social media monitoring and management tools for social listening, publishing, and reporting. (i.e. Sprinklr, Zignal, Hearsay, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) Confidence to pitch fresh ideas, think creatively, and identify and solve problems Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe creative suite Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously Ability to cultivate relationships in the firm across divisions and lines of business.
