About the Role: The Worldwide Invention team at Mindshare drives creativity & innovation in and beyond media by excelling in culture, community, and innovation. Through a balance of deep expertise and creative thinking we guide our clients to think outside of the box, using channels and mechanics that drives growth beyond their existing realms of focus (e.g. partnership, sponsorship, branded or social content, influencer, emerging technologies, sport, gaming, etc.). The Invention Executive provides support to the Worldwide Invention team to achieve clients' business challenges in new ways through media. Specifically, their responsibilities are to support the Manager(s) and Director(s) drive invention services and solutions, and the delivery of projects. This role is dedicated to supporting our clients across sponsorship strategy, consultancy, evaluation / reporting; and media and content partnership ideation and conception. The role is based in London. Responsibilities - Supporting Account Director on the strategic consultancy, and evaluation / reporting for client sponsorship campaigns - Support on the activation of partnership projects / campaigns (from collaborative ideation workshops, to writing briefs, help on the planning and buying, and the activation and reporting) - Regularly meet new and innovative partners across the sponsorship and partnership space - Completing research to support on client requests, including audience analysis, competitor analysis and general desk research - General support to develop vision across the wider Invention team - Day to day support to Invention Director(s) and Manager(s) The Ideal Candidate - Partnership or digital planning & buying experience is desirable, but not essential - A basic understanding of partnerships, sponsorship, content and / or digital media channels - Excellent communication & presentation skills - A keen interest in culture, from sport, to film, to music and beyond - Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT etc) Personal Attributes: - A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to meet deadlines - Hands-on approach to service client relationships - Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills - Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time - Foreign language is a bonus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment LI-DNI
