Job Description
Purpose
United Living Connected is seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, developing, and implementing our Sitetracker management system and PowerBI for our Wireless, Fixed Line, and Power pillars within the business.
Specific Duties
* Manage and Maintain Systems: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sitetracker management system and PowerBI, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
* System Development: Develop and enhance the functionalities of Sitetracker and PowerBI to meet the evolving needs of the business.
* Implementation: Lead the implementation of new features and updates for Sitetracker and PowerBI, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including PMO, Operations, and Project Management, to ensure systems are aligned with business objectives.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on the use of Sitetracker and PowerBI, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilise these tools effectively.
* Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Sitetracker and PowerBI, and develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues or bugs within the systems promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
