North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT) is seeking an experienced project manager to join its Digital Programmes Team.
The NBT Digital Programme Team has an ambitious and transformational programme of work, including the further development of its core Electronic Patient Record (EPR), through digitising paper-based pathways and realising associated patient, staff and efficiency benefits across the organisation.
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of one or more projects within the digital portfolio, providing them with the opportunity to make a positive difference to our patients and staff.
With the recent announcement of the formation of the Hospital Group and a Joint Clinical Strategy, you will support the delivery of co-designing and co-delivering the mutual commitment with digital as a key enabler to improving services and patient experience.
Our plan underpins the importance of technology in the future for not only NBT, but also UHBW, as both Trusts work to create a single joint digital strategy in 2025.
This is an exciting time to join our talented Digital Project Management Team at NBT, bringing your excellent communication skills, your people skills, your exceptional organisational skills, and your ability to successfully prioritise and manage a busy workload.
The successful candidate will:

• have a strong focus on the identification and realisation of benefits throughout the life of the project, through to handover
• be adaptable and dynamic, with an ability to work effectively within a changing set of organisational priorities and demands
• work autonomously, taking a proactive approach to stakeholder, risk and issue management whilst operating within the framework of a PMO environment
• display and promote the Trust's core values in all aspects of their role
