This includes both Elective and Acute theatre lists. We also cover the General Anaesthetic & PACU services for interventional radiology, MRI and Oncology theatres. Main duties of the job As a team leader you will continue to maintain clinical practice and there may be some requirement for weekend working and night duty if needed. The successful applicant will have line manager responsibilities for the multidisciplinary staff and various services provided within the Paediatric Perioperative team. We require a dynamic and motivated Senior Practitioner with outstanding knowledge, skills and experience in the relevant Surgical Specialties to provide excellent patient care. You will be supported & facilitated by Matron, Deputy Matron Senior Management & the Education Team to lead and contribute to the quality, performance, governance and financial aspects of the role.
