Purpose of Role
Maintenance Electrician required for our Defence contract based from Bicester.
Job Description
Working independently, responsible for initiating and completing tasks and procedures, including where relevant responsibility for supervising or guiding others. The ability to gain, and where relevant apply a range of knowledge, skills and understanding.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for PPM and Reactive Maintenance on site.
2. Involved in extra works and/or project work.
3. To be part of an On-Call Rota.
4. Ensuring reliability of the plant and associated mechanical systems on site.
5. To work to set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained.
6. Prompt and effective response to all reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests.
7. Minor installation work.
8. To be part of a rota to maintain a commercial swimming pool.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
1. City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 / NVQ Level 3
2. 18th Edition (Required)
3. City & Guild 2391
4. City & Guild 2394/2395 or Equivalent
5. Experience in Electrical & Mechanical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
6. PASMA/IPAF certified. (Desirable)
