This role is all about building strong relationships with our external customers to gain a deep understanding of their supply chain operations. You’ll then work collaboratively across our internal departments and wider supply chain to deliver exceptional operational service, identify opportunities for cost savings, and create an effective contact strategy. The goal? To make KP Snacks easy to do business with and the first-choice supplier for our customers.

As Customer Collaboration Manager, what will you be doing?
* Strategic Customer Collaboration - Partner with our customers and internal teams to develop mid-to-long-term supply chain strategies that support long-term objectives, ensuring alignment across forecasting, ordering, and fulfilment.
* Operational Effectiveness - Work cross-functionally to ensure our supply chain operations are efficient, effective, and right first time, supporting the delivery of consistently high service levels.
* Joint Supply Chain Initiatives - Identify, develop, and deliver joint initiatives that bring innovation, improve service, and drive cost efficiencies across the supply chain.
* Stakeholder Engagement - Establish and manage a robust multi-contact strategy, engaging key stakeholders both within customer organisations and across KP Snacks to ensure clear communication, alignment, and proactive issue resolution.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
* Experience in FMCG or related sectors, with a background in Sales and Operational Planning, Demand, or Supply Chain Management.
* Customer-facing expertise, ideally in Collaboration, Sales, or Marketing, with a service-minded approach and high attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, comfortable with data and capable of delivering clear, actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Drive for continuous improvement, demonstrating resilience, problem-solving abilities, and project management experience as a plus.
