We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to be responsible for the delivery of excellent hospitality and efficient operational management of our 150 seated Rooftop Restaurant, cocktail bar and private dining room.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Maximising income through creative drink and food management and merchandising of products
* Planning and communicating rotas to ensure optimum staffing levels
* Working collaboratively with the set up and delivery of small events and group dining
* Recruiting, managing, developing, and motivating staff
* Enhancing the visitor experience through the delivery of exceptional standards of customer service
* Maintaining awareness of market developments and industry trends and making suggestions for implementation
* Managing stock levels proactively to ensure minimal wastage
* Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, associated legislative regulations and Health and Safety requirements
* Managing all areas to ensure they are safe, clean, and suitable for all visitors
To be successful in this role you must:
* Have proven experience of working in fast paced, high volume waiter service restaurants.
* Experience in managing events and drinks receptions.
* Be able to confidently manage budgets
* Be commercially minded
* Have great leadership and people management skills
* Be an excellent communicator
* Have a food safety qualification
This is a full-time permanent position, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, working shifts over 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, Monday through to Sunday.
