Our Capital Markets team works exclusively with global Trading Houses, Fin-Techs, and Crypto/Digital Assets Market Firms. We speak with some of the brightest people in the financial industry across Math/Computer Science, Statistics/Engineering, for some incredible Quant Developers/Tech and trading type of opportunities.
The role:
The Graduate Financial Recruitment Consultant role gives direct exposure to senior leaders/MD at our client’s organizations. It is extremely varied; you will learn new skills and build on them every day.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
1. Networking with the market – approaching prospective candidates and building strong relationships in your market area.
2. Executive search – senior-level headhunting to find talents.
3. Screening and liaising with candidates to determine personal strengths and job requirements.
4. Researching market trends and industries.
5. Facilitating negotiations between clients and candidates and providing feedback.

To succeed as a Graduate Financial Recruitment Consultant, experience is not essential as we choose our candidates based on their strong academic background, potential, and transferable skills. However, it is crucial to have excellent communication skills and confidence in building relationships. You will also need to be able to use your initiative as we do not micro-manage; the ability to self-motivate is essential to drive your career forward. A good understanding of the Financial Markets functions or the ability to pick up technical concepts in the Capital Market space is also essential.
