We are currently offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Property Assets and Review Officer to work within an in-house team to provide support and development of the Council’s Corporate Asset Management Plan. You will be involved in a wide variety of work including reviewing property holdings, providing strategic property advice and providing support and information to grioups and organisations with an interest in Community Asset Transfer. In particular you will need to liaise with building users, client departments and ourtside agencies.
You will need to have experience of working in a strategic property environment and have a property related qualification. Experience of working within a local authority environment would be desirable. You will also need to deliver a high level of service and be able to manage your own case load, acting on your own initiative. Your technical skills will be complimented by your professionalism, enthusiasm and autonomy.
