Your new role
In this fast-paced & demanding role, you will be responsible to support the daily needs of the CEO by providing high-level assistance to ensure the CEO operates efficiently.
With your previous Executive Assistance experience at CEO level, being a strategic multitasker combined with your calm demeanour will be paramount to your success. Providing a personal, confidential and efficient support service to the CEO, you will forward plan and organise to meet the needs and goals.
A strong leader needs a strong assistant; therefore, as the EA you will be able to demonstrate from your previous experience and exposure your ability to anticipate needs before they occur. Organisation, communication and flexibility are key to this role, and you will therefore possess all attributes.
Daily tasks will vary; however, you will be proactive and reactive to meet the daily tasks. This includes the daily management of calendars and activities, arranging all travel and hotel requirements, and producing full itineraries for all out-of-office trips.
You will be responsible for planning and overseeing business objectives, from development through to successful execution.
Assist and communicate weekly with executives and their teams in decision-making, programme management and initiatives.
To be a point of contact and task manager for other Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants of the CEO's direct reports. This includes providing the relevant training required for the role, onboarding, effective communication, and delegation of tasks where appropriate.
Being the interface for the CEO, you will handle all queries and provide strategic support. This includes preparing reports and presentations, responding to phone calls, and communicating messages and information to the executive and their teams and external stakeholders.
Organise both internal and external meetings and draft, coordinate, format and proofread as necessary reports, presentations, board, and other necessary papers.
Documenting minutes and agreed actions and tracking progress for key ExCo meetings.
Organisation of leadership events and conferences.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous extensive EA experience at CEO level.
Experience of working for a large organisation.
Must have a strong work ethic with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
Assisting and providing guidance to other EA/PA.
Project coordination experience.
Excellent communication skills.
