We are seeking a dedicated Bid Writer with a passion for the property industry. This role involves preparing and delivering high quality, detailed, information to support the Bid Manager. Description As the Bid Writer you will have the following responsibilities: Prepare, write, and deliver high-quality information to senior management for the preparation of bids Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the property industry and market trends Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and expertise Contribute to the overall marketing strategy Ensure all bid documentation is up-to-date and in line with company policies Participate in bid presentations when required Assist in other projects as needed. Profile The successful Bid Writer will have: A strong background in bid writing / copywriting, ideally within the property industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A proactive and innovative approach to work. The ability to work as part of a team and independently. Job Offer A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000. Please note - this is an office based role x 5 days in Hitchin.
