35 hours per week to include some weekend and bank holidays (must be flexible and prepared to cover occasional evening work as necessary)

£21,000 – £24,000 pa dependent on experience

Do you have a commitment to making a difference to peoples lives? Are you passionate about supporting people to achieve long-term change? We are looking for someone who has experience of working within a residential addiction treatment setting, who can demonstrate an empathy with our clients and possess the skills necessary to support and motivate our clients to develop and achieve their own recovery capital.
Our residential case managers support clients in treatment on a 1:1 basis across all aspects of their care. You will be responsible for ensuring that individual support needs are understood via the care planning process and a coordinated package of care is facilitated for each client allocated and receiving services in residential.
Applicants should be comfortable with lone working, be confident to seek and give support to other lone working colleagues. This is an interesting role and offers the successful candidate an opportunity to contribute to an expanding organisation whilst at the same time developing their own skills and experience. Shifts are worked on a fixed rota which include some weekends and bank holidays.
