Role Description This is a full time, hybrid role for an experienced Legal Claims Auditor based in Manchester with attendances required at external sites across the North West. The Legal Claims Auditor will be responsible for reviewing claims and case files to ensure proactive file movement, data accuracy, and adherence to criteria, ensuring that the claims we receive from our clients are valid and fully documented. The audit team work closely with our panel law firms, and finance teams to investigate, review, and ultimately approve or reject claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims auditing within the legal or financial services industry, ideally with a focus on litigation finance, thus helping us to maintain high-quality standards for our law firm lending products. Proven experience of a legal case management system would be advantageous. This role would be suited to a candidate who has worked previously as a costs draftsman or fee earner within a law firm.
